  • Clothes you can move around in

  • A sweatshirt and some warm socks (night time low will be a chilly 35 degrees!)

  • Overnight stuff (toothbrush, deodorant, etc.)

  • Re-usable water bottle

  • Yoga mat (I’ve got extras, just let me know!)

  • Shoes to hike in

  • A journal (optional)
