I have been anxious since the day I was dropped on this planet. Often feeling like an alien, I constantly searched for artistic outlets to feed my overwhelming  mental energy. Thankfully,  I was introduced to yoga my freshman year of college. The stillness I felt at the end of each practice kept bringing me back for more.  After two years of practice and undecided college majors, I decided to drop everything and become a yoga teacher. In October of 2016, I completed the 200 hour Yoga Teaching Training program at the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in Tempe, Arizona.  I currently teach at Mountainside Fitness and out of my home studio in North Phoenix. I aim to inspire others to be themselves and embrace their "inner alien."
